Payments

To confirm your reservation, an advance payment is required as a deposit. We accept the following methods:

Arrival and departure times

These times apply to all types of accommodation (rooms, campers, tents):

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM. If arriving after 5:00 PM, please kindly inform us.
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out options are not available.

Cancellation policies

  • Up to 16 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus 5% for bank/Stripe/PayPal fees.
  • From 15 to 8 days before arrival: 30% refund of the amount paid, minus 5% for fees.
  • From 7 days up to the day of arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: no refund provided. For last-minute bookings, the non-refundable policy applies.

Unforeseen events and insurance coverage

In case of setbacks, delayed arrival or need to cancel your vacation, the policies indicated above still apply. To protect your stay from unexpected events, we suggest taking out travel insurance. You can calculate the premium and activate it directly through our website.
